iRace App Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application iRace ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by Feelsgoodman Games Ltd.

We do not store any personal data

We don't even have a database to store any personal data in. There is no need to send a request for your personal information to be deleted; there's nowhere for it to be deleted from.

Automatically collected information

Despite our not having a database, some information may be collected automatically. This includes:

• the store you purchased the Application from;
• website(s) the Application retrieves data from (irace.talsma.ca);
• your device may also provide Application usage statistics such as frequency and duration

You are encouraged to review the privacy policies of the website(s) listed above.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
